TEFCU Branch Appointments
In response to the growing number of COVID-19 cases and to further protect our members, employees, and community, TEFCU will open by virtual appointment only beginning on Monday, December 27, 2021 for all member service and lending related transactions. You may utilize the PTM or ATM without an appointment.
TEFCU will offer 3 convenient ways to make appointments:
- Send a secure message through Online Banking.
- Send a message using your TEFCU Mobile App.
- Email us at email@example.com. Do not include sensitive or confidential information in your email.
When sending your appointment request, please specify your available dates and times. We will confirm your appointment within the same business day or next business day if you contact us after 4:00 pm.
As a reminder, we encourage you to utilize TEFCU’s mobile and digital tools for your banking needs. TEFCU’s Video Library consists of how-to videos to utilize our digital tools. If you need assistance in resetting your password for online banking access, you can complete the request online by selecting “Reset Password” after entering your Online Banking ID.
