You are responsible for immediately notifying us when you change your mobile phone number or if you lose your mobile device. If you do not notify us immediately upon receipt of an Alert that the transactions are fraudulent, update your mobile phone number within 24 hours of a change in your mobile phone number, or notify us if your mobile device has been lost or stolen within 24 hours of from the date of loss, TEFCU will not be liable for any losses. TEFCU reserves the right to terminate this service at any time. For your convenience, this service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may receive an Alert at any time, day or night. TEFCU does not guarantee the timeframe when an Alert will be delivered. Alerts may not be delivered or delayed if your phone is not within range of a cell tower, or if sufficient network capacity is not available at a particular time. Alerts are only received within the United States.  You accept sole responsibility for the accuracy of the mobile phone number on file with TEFCU and the safekeeping of your mobile device.
