TEFCU has simplified its lending process!
Now you can sign for your loans and other loan documents* from anywhere.
How to Use
- After you apply for a loan and it has been processed, you will receive an email from a Member Services Representative via DocuSign. In the body of the email, there will be a blue box with a yellow link labeled "Review Document". Select "Review Document" in order for the validation process to begin.
- Once you select "Review Document", you will need to enter your access code, which is your TEFCU account number. Once the account number is entered, you will select "Validate".
- Once validated, the next screen that appears will display the document. In order to view your document, you will need to review the DocuSign disclosure and select the check box if you agree with the DocuSign disclosure, then select "Continue".
- The document is now ready for your review and electronic signature. Please ensure you review your document in its entirety before signing. If you select "Start", the system will automatically direct you to each location where your signature is required. After signing, a "Finish" button will appear. Select "Finish" to submit your document to TEFCU.
