Remote Deposit Anywhere

Remote Deposit Anywhere (RDA) is a service that allows you to deposit a check into one of your TEFCU accounts from your Android, iPhone, or iPad device.

  • It is secure and easy to use.
  • Receive a confirmation email when your check has been deposited.

Requirements


 

How to Enroll

 
 
  • Download TEFCU Mobile from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
  • Sign into TEFCU Mobile with your Online Banking credentials. If you do not have an Online Banking account, please click here to learn how to enroll in Online Banking.
  • Select the menu icon and select Deposit check.
  • Select the accounts you want checks to be able to deposit into. Select Enroll to continue.
  • Your enrollment will be submitted to us for approval. It may take up to 24 - 48 hours for approval. Once approved, you will receive a notification through your TEFCU Mobile app (ensure you have notifications turned on to receive this alert).
 

How to Make a Mobile Check Deposit

 
  • Log into TEFCU Mobile.
  • Select Deposit a Check. Then select the account you want to deposit the funds into.
  • Enter the check amount and select Continue.
  • Take a picture of the front of the check and the back of the check when prompted. Note: The back of the check must be signed and include the following, "For TEFCU Mobile deposit only".
  • Verify the check amounts, account, and check images. Once verified, select Submit to send your mobile check deposit.
