How to Use Tele-Connect


Simply call (202) 526-8414 or (800) 228-8772 to connect!

  • Enter your account number, #
  • Enter your access code, # (first time callers - your access code is 9999)

How to Protect Your Account


  • Access codes should be personal, not public knowledge.
  • Addresses, Birthdays, etc., should not be used.
  • Log off completely before leaving your computer.
  • Do not share your account number or password with anyone.
  • Pay attention to the last unsuccessful/successful login dialog box.
  • Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
