Travel/Out of Country Request

Travel/Out of the Country requests are one of many convenient services TEFCU offers through Online Banking. You do not need to visit a TEFCU branch or call a representative to submit a Travel/Out of Country request. Review the video or read the instructions below to learn how to submit a Travel/Out of Country request through Online Banking.

How to Video


  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Select Services/Loans.
  3. Navigate to Travel/Out of the Country Request and select the Continue link.
  4. Review the information on the page.
  5. Select the card that you want to utilize when you travel.
  6. Enter the Travel Location.
  7. Enter the Start Date and End Date.
  8. Provide your email address and a phone number where we can reach you in the event of an emergency.
  9. Review and ensure all information is accurate. Once you are ready to proceed, select Submit
  10. Review the information provided on the next page and select Confirm to submit your Travel/Out of the Country request.
