TEFCU’s enhanced digital platform provides services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to assist with our members’ financial needs. We offer many digital tools and features that can be conveniently utilized at any time, including one of our popular lending products, which is approved and disbursed 24/7. We aim to deliver an experience that rivals most financial institutions. Therefore, when TEFCU is closed for business, our digital platform is here to service your financial needs.
To better support our staff and service our members, TEFCU’s Dakota Crossing Branch lobby hours will change effective Thursday, September 1, 2022 from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.
Before visiting a branch, we encourage you to utilize TEFCU’s mobile and online digital tools to assist with your banking needs.
TEFCU’s Digital Tools through Online and Mobile Banking
Below are just some of the digital tools available to you through Online and Mobile Banking. We offer many more services for your convenience, 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
Apply for a Loan – Apply for a Loyalty Loan or Buy Now, Pay Later Loan by selecting Loyalty Loan/BNPL. Apply for a Signature loan, auto loan, credit card, HELOC, and more by selecting Apply for a Loan.
Loan Payoff - View your current loan payoff amount by selecting Loan Payoff.
Open a Sub Account – Open a share, certificate, checking, or money market account by selecting Accounts à Open an Account.
Credit Score – Utilize our credit monitoring tool to review your credit information by selecting Credit Score from the menu.
Bill Pay - Access and use Bill Pay by selecting Bill Pay.
Member Transfer – Make a transfer to another member by selecting Member Transfer.
Travel Notices - Conveniently submit a travel notice by selecting Travel Notices and filling out the requested information.
Messages - Contact us by selecting Messages and send us a message if you have any questions about your account or transactions. Additionally, you can send us documents, such as pay stubs and IDs, securely through Messages.
Update your Contact Information – Update your contact information, including your address and phone number, by selecting your name à Settings and editing your address, email address, and/or phone number(s).
