How to Request a Loan Extension

Instructions

 
  1. Log into Online Banking.
  2. Select the Services/Loans tab.
  3. Navigate to Loan Extension Request and select Continue.
  4. Review the disclosures and if you are in agreement, select the applicable loan, extended loan payment date, and select Submit.
  5. Select the share to use to pay for the loan extension fee. Select Submit.
  6. Review your loan extension request, new payment date, and total payment. Enter your phone number and any comments. Select Confirm to submit your loan extension request.
