Enter the requested information, which includes your Online Banking ID, date of birth, social security number, and email address on file. Select Continue after you verify the information is accurate.
You will receive an email to the email address on file with password reset instructions. Note: Verify the email comes from firstname.lastname@example.org (we will not email you from a domain other than tefcu.org). Once verified, click on the link in the email. The email will expire within 2 hours.
Enter your Online Banking ID and answer your secret question. The information entered must match the information on file. Select Continue.
Enter a new password and ensure the password rules listed on the page are followed or you will be unable to proceed. Select Submit.
Once successful, you will be able to login to your account with the new password.
