Annual Meeting

TEFCU’s 82nd Annual Meeting will be held virtually on Saturday, June 4, 2022 at 8:30 am. TEFCU’s members in good standing are welcome to attend the virtual meeting.

Prior to the Annual Meeting (Before June 4, 2022)

** Note: Downloading or updating the Zoom app (steps 1 - 3 below) is only required if you do not have it installed or updated on your tablet or mobile device. **

  1. Select the Google Play Store (Android) icon or App Store (Apple) icon.

  2. In the search bar, type in “Zoom”.

  3. Select the Zoom app ("Zoom Cloud Meetings"), by either selecting “Download” (if you have never used it before) or “Update” (if you have previously downloaded the app and it needs to be updated).

On the Day of the Annual Meeting (On June 4, 2022)

  1. Open the Zoom app by tapping on the icon on your tablet or mobile device. Once the app opens, go to your email and find the link which was sent to your email address on Thursday, June 4, 2022 at 5:00 pm (Annual Meeting invitation). If you do not receive an email after 5:00 pm on June 2nd, check your junk/spam mail. If you are still unable to locate the email, please send a message through TEFCU Mobile or email (do not include sensitive information).
    1. Select the link in the email that is listed under “Join Zoom Meeting”.

  2. This will redirect you to the prescheduled meeting within the Zoom app.
    1. A screen will pop up and prompt you to enter your name. Enter your first and last name. Your RSVP must be confirmed to attend the Annual Meeting.

  3. Once you have entered the meeting, the screen will display a message stating “Please wait, the meeting host will let you in soon”.
    1. The meeting administrator (TEFCU) will receive your request to enter the meeting and will select approve to allow you to join and attend the Annual Meeting.

  4. You will now be placed in the meeting.
    1. Call via Device Audio (e.g. mobile device, tablet, or laptop) – this will allow you to use the speakers on your smartphone, tablet, or laptop to enable audio and hear the speakers.
      1. Once selected, a prompt will appear and ask, "Allow Zoom to record audio?" Select "Allow" to proceed. 
      2. Note: Due to the formatting of the meeting, attendees and speakers will be unable to hear you. 
    2. Dial in (e.g. landline or separate mobile phone) – this will allow you to call into a conference line to listen to the meeting attendees over the phone while viewing the video component from your device. We suggest this option for those who are unable to hear audio from their device.
      1. Note: Due to the formatting of the meeting, attendees and speakers will be unable to hear you. 
    3. Leave Meeting – this will allow you to safely exit the meeting that  you are currently attending:
      1. Select “Leave” in the upper right-hand corner of the screen, and then click on the large red button that appears as “Leave Meeting".
