How to Use Tele-Connect

Simply Dial (202) 526-8414 or (800) 228-8772 to Connect

  • Enter your account number, #
  • Enter your access code, #
    (first time callers - your access code is your pin # to the ATM/VCC)
  • Enter the last four of your Social Security Number
    (first time callers - enter in your complete Social Security Number)

How to Protect Your Account

  1. Access codes should be personal, not public knowledge
  2. Addresses, Birthdays, etc., should not be used
  3. Log off completely before leaving your computer
  4. Do not share your account number or password with anyone
  5. Pay attention to the last unsuccessful/successful log in dialog box
  6. Contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use
